Look Good Feel Better Beauty Box Review

[unpaid/sample] Look Good Feel Better is a charity beloved by the beauty industry – they run wellbeing classes for women affected by cancer. I know several people who’ve genuinely benefitted from LGFB sessions that deal with changing physical appearance – it’s a very uplifting experience. The charity also runs specific classes for men and young adults. I featured their spring Beauty Box which was a lovely selection but this time, I’d say it’s even better and knowing that sales of these very good value for money boxes raise over £100,000 for LGFB, helping them take their workshops even further is motivating. So here we are – I’ll run through the contents in the post but it contains £225 worth of beauty goodies and costs £50.

Rituals make beautiful bath and body products – The Ritual of Ayurveda foaming shower gel is warming and wonderful in fragrance. Dr Lipp Original Nipple Balm is maybe not the balm you want to bring out of your bag on the bus (imagine the intake of collective breath as everyone assumes you’re about to balm your nipples) but this is in my first aid kit at home for dry patches and chapped skin. OPI in All Night Strong is a deep navy shade that is blue enough to distinguish from black and therefore a good companion to black bags or clothes. Montblanc Explorer is as masculine as fragrance gets with leather and woods – and absolutely perfect in stocking filler size. In fact, all of the included products will build a very nice stocking or two.

Moving on, we have L’Eau d’Issey in Solar Violet which is a beautifully bright and fresh fragrance (going to suggest this as an ideal first fragrance or teen fragrance), and UKlash Lash Serum which promises longer, stronger lashes (and it works).  Morphe’s Sunsetter Setting Spray is the easiest way not to forget to apply your SPF – simply spritz it onto bare skin or over make up to help it stay the course. Finally, Revolution Healthy Hair Capsules – I’m not convinced of how well these work but always fun to try and lastly, the eminently giftable L’Artisan Parfumeur Histoire d’ Orangers hand cream (it comes boxed). I feel that’s a lot for £50! You can find it HERE.
